Fox News host Sean Hannity has permanently relocated from New York to Florida - and given the Empire State a parting shot.
Hannity already spent a lot of time there and had long threatened to decamp to the Sunshine State, but revealed on Tuesday he finally followed through.
Famously full of wealthy New Yorkers dodging state and city taxes, Florida is already at least a sometimes home to several of his current and former colleagues.
The right-wing pundit already owns a $5.3million townhouse on Palm Beach, a stone's throw from his good friend Donald Trump's Mar-a-Lago resort.

Hannity began the New Year by telling his radio show listeners of his full-time move on Tuesday, before going on a rant about New York.
'I am out. I am done. I'm finished. New York, New York. Goodbye,' he said.
He explained it was was the right time to complete the move and he was able to finish all the final details over the holidays.
Hannity then blamed the move on New York not aligning with his 'values' and complained about its taxes and 'horrible school districts'.
Instead, he was pleased to swap Democratic leaders for Republican Governor Ron DeSantis and senators Marco Rubio and Rick Scott.
'Finally, for the first time that I can think of in my adult life, I actually have representatives in in the state that I'm living in that share my values,' he said.
'So I'm feeling a lot better about it, and I'm not going to go through the whys and the hows because it's obvious.
'This migration out of the blue states with high taxes, burdensome regulation, high crime, horrible school districts is real.
'And if anything, I'm probably late and behind the curve and and many others have made the move beforehand, and there's not a single person that I know who's made a move like this who isn't happy they made it.'
Hannity already bought a beachfront home in Palm Beach, Florida, just three miles from former President Donald Trump's Mar-a-Lago estate

He predicted more rich people would leave states like New York and California because they were talking about paying reparations to descendants of slaves and introducing wealth taxes.
Hannity said he was always jealous of his friends sunning themselves while he endured New York winters, and now he got to enjoy it too.
'The weather's better, the people are nicer... I was walking around town and every person I met could not have been nicer to me,' he said.
Hannity was spotted at The Colony Palm Beach Hotel in February with his girlfriend and fellow Fox News host Ainsley Earhardt, 47.
The couple were in a secret relationship for years before it was revealed to DailyMail.com last year.
The four-star hotel is a popular hangout among Florida Republicans who are known locally to frequent its restaurant or pool areas for a tête-à-tête.

A guest at the Colony who spotted the couple told DailyMail.com the three had been leaving the hotel, where Hannity had a meeting with someone earlier, when they were held up in the lobby by Earhardt's young daughter Hayden.
'A lot of these Trump people have meetings outside by the pool and the restaurant. Hannity was coming back from the pool area and ready to leave the hotel,' they said.
'Hannity and Ainsley were waiting for Hayden who had her eye on something in the lobby gift shop.
'She kept saying, "I want one of these." And in true daddy fashion Hannity told her, "You have that at home." After going back and forth for a bit, the girl finally relented and they left the hotel.'
Hannity joins former Fox News host Tucker Carlson and MSNBC's Joe Scarborough and Mika Brzezinski who both frequently broadcast from Florida.
His show is already mostly broadcast remotely from his sprawling Long Island compound with a full TV studio in the basement when he was holed up during the Covid pandemic.

After years of rumors and speculation, Earhardt and Hannity are letting their intimate relationship speak for itself, attending Oyster Fest in Long Island in 2022 where they playfully posed together while sharing some corn on the cob
Hannity only ventures to the Midtown Manhattan mothership for live occasional audience tapings, which Fox will presumably fly him to from his new home.
His three-bedroom, five-bathroom home on Palm Beach if just two-and-a-half miles from Mar-a-Lago and steps from The Colony.
He bought it in 2021, months after the previous owner snapped it up for $4.2 million and promptly flipped the dated 1970s décor into something modern enough for Hannity's tastes.
Complete with ocean views, grabbing the condo was likely one of the steps in planning his Florida relocation.
Whether the next step is to offload the Long Island compound to a deep-pocketed buyer not concerned about staying in New York remains to be seen.
